Made in partnership with Con Mis Manos in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, “Te Estoy Hablando” seeks to help ratify the 2005 Mexican Federal Disabilities Equality act to ensure equal human rights for the Deaf community in the state of Tamaulipas.
